TSLR stands for TOWN SURVEY LAND REGISTER which is also known as Urban Land Survey Record in Tamil.

This TSLR extract is similar to the Patta document issued to landowners in Rural Areas. TSLR extract is offered to owners of land in urban and suburban areas.

Locations in urban and suburban areas have been surveyed and this document has been developed.

Lands in Urban and Suburban areas has high value, hence it has been measured very accurately

The Lands in the city is divided into many wards and wards are then divided into Blocks. Blocks will have survey numbers and survey numbers will have subdivision numbers.

TSLR extract gives details like ward, block, survey number, subdivision number, old survey number, type of land title, location classification, tax details, area details, owner name.

Option 1: Know your property block number and survey field numbers. Using that info, please search in https://eservices.tn.gov.in/

Option 2: Submit an application attached with your property document copy to your VAO or surveyor. They will visit the property and find out the block number and survey field number.

Submit the details in the following form with your payment of INR 1500/- online as fees. Our team will search the details for the property anywhere in Tamilnadu within two Government working days provided the details shared are correct and the payment is successful. We will be in touch with you.
